Ashley carries multiple certifications in the fields of mind-body wellness including being a certified Temperament Counselor, Stretch Coach, and Barre Group Fitness Instructor to name a few. She is currently working on becoming a Family Herbalist. These are just a few of the accomplishments she picked up along her own healing journey. After suffering herself and watching loved ones deal with various ailments her goal, is to make sure no one feels alone or uneducated on their healing journey.
In her own wellness journey, Ashley has lost over 100lbs, gotten off prescription medications, dealt with severe anxiety/depression & has successfully reversed mild pelvic prolapse using holistic methods. She has helped family, friends, and clients in these same areas with great success. And everybody asks… what’s the formula?
Nutrition & movement are obvious parts of the equation but another component that often gets left out, is our emotional state. Emotions play a huge role in our daily lives, relationships, and overall health. This can be a scary thing to take an introspective look at however, also crucial to achieving optimal wellness. This is where BREATH comes into the equation.
Like so many others when grief hit, Ashley will tell you it took her breath away. She became stuck in survival mode.
Being a life-long student, each certification she worked towards became a stepping stone in her journey to wellness.
